Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work on Autlantic. It applies to memberships paid with USDT on the Tron network through creator storefronts.
Direct payments to creators
When you subscribe, USDT is sent on-chain to the creator's configured wallet. Autlantic verifies the transaction and activates access. Autlantic does not hold your subscription payment.
Refund requests are primarily between you and the creator. Contact the creator of the store where you purchased. Each creator sets their own plans and policies.
When creators may refund
Creators may choose to refund at their discretion, for example if:
- They cannot deliver the promised access.
- There was a duplicate charge or clear payment error.
- They offer a satisfaction guarantee described on their storefront.
Refunds, if agreed, are typically sent back in USDT on Tron by the creator. Processing time depends on the creator and network conditions.
Blockchain limitations
- On-chain payments cannot be reversed by Autlantic once confirmed.
- Sending to the wrong address or wrong amount may not be recoverable.
- Expired checkout orders require starting a new purchase.
Autlantic platform fees
If Autlantic charges separate platform fees in the future, those terms will be shown at checkout. Membership USDT paid to creators is separate from any such fees.
Chargebacks
Traditional card chargebacks do not apply to on-chain USDT payments. Disputes must be resolved with the creator or through applicable law.
How to get help
For access issues after a confirmed payment, use your member account to check membership status and link Telegram under settings.
