Community Guidelines
Last updated: August 26, 2026
Autlantic is a membership platform for creators and members. These Community Guidelines explain what is allowed on Autlantic and what is not. They are Autlantic's acceptable use rules. They apply to every account, storefront, plan, post, message, image, and Telegram group connected to the service.
These guidelines work together with our Terms of Service. Violations may lead to content removal, storefront delisting, suspension, or a permanent ban.
What Autlantic is for
Autlantic is built for lawful memberships, communities, education, trading signals, software access, creator updates, and similar professional offerings.
Creators are responsible for what they sell and publish. Members are responsible for how they use access, payments, and community features.
Adult and sexual content is prohibited
The following are not allowed for creators or members:
- Pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult-only content, images, or videos.
- Memberships, chats, or groups marketed as adult entertainment or sexual services.
- Escort services, sexual solicitation, or pay-for-access adult material.
- Storefront names, bios, plan names, or media intended to promote sexual content.
- Using Autlantic to route users to off-platform adult sites or payment flows.
Autlantic is not an adult content platform. Accounts created primarily for sexual or pornographic activity will be removed.
Other prohibited activity
- Illegal goods, services, or instructions.
- Fraud, impersonation, stolen accounts, or payment abuse.
- Malware, phishing, spam, or deceptive checkout pages.
- Hate, harassment, threats, or exploitation of minors.
- Sharing paid access, group invites, or login credentials without permission.
- Attempts to bypass bans, security controls, or platform enforcement.
Trading, finance, and investment content
Creators may sell education, communities, or tools related to markets, including trading signals or market commentary. Autlantic does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and does not verify creator claims, performance, or suitability for any member.
Creators offering trading, finance, or investment-related memberships must:
- Not promise guaranteed profits, fixed returns, or risk-free outcomes.
- Include clear disclaimers that content is not personal financial advice and that members are responsible for their own decisions and losses.
- Comply with financial promotion, consumer, and licensing laws that apply to what they sell and where their members are located.
- Describe plans accurately. Do not imply Autlantic endorses or validates a strategy.
Members must treat paid trading or finance content as creator-provided information only. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Creator responsibilities
- Describe plans accurately and deliver the access you promise.
- Keep storefront branding and media professional and lawful.
- Moderate your community and remove harmful member behavior.
- Respond to member issues in good faith.
Member responsibilities
- Use memberships only for their intended purpose.
- Do not resell, leak, or redistribute private creator content.
- Do not use member accounts to promote prohibited content or services.
- Report suspicious or abusive storefronts to Autlantic.
Enforcement
We review abuse reports, public storefronts, and signup signals that may violate these guidelines or our Terms. We prioritize reports involving illegal activity, adult or sexual content, fraud, and harm to minors.
Typical enforcement steps may include:
- Reviewing the report, storefront URL, and any linked media or plan copy.
- Requesting clarification from the account holder when needed.
- Removing a storefront from Discover or other public listings while a review is pending or after a violation is confirmed.
- Disabling checkout, access delivery, or sign-in for the account.
- Suspending an account temporarily or banning it permanently.
We aim to review credible abuse reports promptly during normal business operations. We do not guarantee a fixed response time for every report. Urgent safety issues should include "Urgent safety" in the subject line when contacting support.
Creator signup uses automated checks on names, slugs, and bios for prohibited terms. That screening is an aid, not a guarantee that every violation is blocked before publication. Ongoing enforcement also depends on member reports and manual review.
When we suspend or ban an account, we email the address on file with the reason for the action when practicable.
Reporting
If you see a storefront or account that violates these guidelines, contact [email protected] with the store URL, account email if known, and a short description of the issue.
